Aardvark completes Web site project for The Grove

 GREENVILLE, SC – November 23, 2006 – Aardvark Interactive Studios, a provider of video production and multimedia solutions, recently completed a website renovation project for The Grove, apartment communities developed specifically for college students as an alternative to student housing. Teaming up with Woodward & Zwolinski Advertising, Aardvark applied its multimedia skills to create an all-flash website, with new video tours of the apartment communities, new video clips of student interviews and many interactive menu items.  The website (www.gogrove.com) was revealed on October 9, 2006.Aardvark developed a high-energy, colorful and engaging flash website to appeal to The Grove’s young target audience. In addition, Aardvark shot and edited new student interviews to feature throughout the site, offering personal testimonials to The Grove’s apartment communities and the benefits they offer college students.  Aardvark also added links to www.facebook.com and www.myspace.com, two popular web sites among college students and other young people.  With the website being key to The Grove’s sales and marketing efforts, especially for those communities still in development, it was important that the elements of the site brought the communities to life and provided prospective students and parents with an in-depth look at all of the amenities and benefits to living at The Grove.

The Grove has four communities completed in Asheville, NC, Milledgeville, GA, Carrollton, GA, and Las Cruces, NM. The Grove in Asheville, NC is at full capacity, and the Grove in Milledgeville, GA sold out in seven weeks during its pre-leasing phase with over 400 applications and deposits received.  The Grove has six additional properties under construction slated to open Fall 2007, in Jacksonville, Al, Mobile, AL, Nacogdoches, TN, Abilene, TX, Greeley, CO, and Ellensburg, WA.
