Worklink Video Resumes Introduced

ANDERSON, SC -- Worklink, a local job placement agency, in cooperation with Aardvark Interactive Studios, recently provided a hands-on opportunity for job seekers to create their own high-quality video resumes.  In the first workshop of its kind, WorkLink held a workshop where five students created their own two-minute video resume.  Before the production of the videos, participants received some expert coaching by executive speech coach Deb Sofield.  Ms. Sofield covered topics such as video etiquette, diction, and proper business attire.

WorkLink’s marketing company, (10-x Group) and Aardvark Interactive Studios will produce the videos over the next several days.  Participants will be given copies of their resume and the videos also will appear on the WorkLink Web site.

WorkLink is a government-funded organization whose primary goal is to connect job seekers and employers in Anderson, Oconee, and Pickens counties.
