May 1, 2006 - THE NEWS THE WORK

Benjamin Weeks and David Junker led seminars at NAB's international show in Las Vegas.

Benjamin Weeks, founder and principal of Aardvark Interactive Studios, and David Junker, production director, were selected to serve as speakers at the NAB 2006 show in Las Vegas. The National Association of Broadcasters produces this annual conference and exhibition for the electronic media industry. The NAB Show offers educational forums on digital communications technologies and showcases those technologies, including television and radio broadcasting, film/video production and post production, multimedia, internet and telecommunications.

As experts in post production for film/video, Weeks and Junker led two presentations. Weeks spoke on video encoding for the web, guiding participants in choosing the best delievery technology for their needs, and the right tools for getting the best results from each. Junker led a wordkshop on maximizing Photohop CS2 with a non-linear editor, showing participants how to avoid the pitfalls associated with using Photoshop for video editing.

Held annually, the NAB Show is the largest international electronic show with over 1,400 exhibitors and over 105,000 attendees.
